How to Cancel Your Subscription

Canceling your subscription stops future charges and allows you to use the service until the end of your current billing cycle. Important: Canceling your subscription is not the same as requesting a refund. If you are eligible for a refund, refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

Steps to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  • Log in to your account and navigate to the Account section in the top-right menu.
  • Click on "Manage Subscriptions".
  • Select the option "Go to Billing Portal". This will redirect you to the Stripe Billing Portal.
  • In the Billing Portal, find your active subscription and click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.
  • Confirm your cancellation. You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

What Happens After Cancellation?

  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You can renew your subscription at any time by returning to the Billing Portal and reactivating your plan.

Important Notes

  • Canceling does not trigger a refund for any charges already processed. If eligible, you may request a refund separately. For more details, refer to the Refund Policy.
  • Ensure you cancel before the next billing date to avoid being charged for another cycle.
