Managing History

The Managing History feature provides a detailed record of all actions performed on your text, such as translations, detections, corrections, explanations, summarizations, paraphrasing, and synonym additions. This feature ensures you can review, manage, or filter your actions for better workflow management.

How to Access History

To view your history:

  • Click the History button located at the bottom of the page.
  • A side modal will open, displaying a chronological list of all recorded actions.

Managing History Actions

Inside the history modal, you can perform the following actions:

  • Remove All: Click the "Remove All" button to permanently delete the entire history. Use this option carefully, as it cannot be undone.
  • Delete Individual Items: Hover over an item and click the delete icon () to remove it from the list.
  • Filter by Category: Use the filter dropdown to display actions of a specific type. For example:
    • Select "Explanations" to view only explanation-related history.
    • Select "Translations" to focus on translation actions.

Best Practices

  • Regularly clean up your history using the "Remove All" or delete individual items to keep the list manageable.
  • Use filters to quickly locate specific actions when reviewing past work.
  • Review your history before performing similar tasks to ensure consistency and avoid redundant actions.
