Last Used Language Combinations

The Last Used Language Combinations feature allows you to store and manage your most recently used sets of source and target languages. This is particularly helpful for users who frequently translate between the same language pairs and want to streamline their workflow.

How to Access Last Used Language Combinations

To access your stored language combinations:

  • Click on the icon located in the toolbar.
  • A modal will appear, displaying a list of all your previously used source and target language combinations.

Using Last Used Language Combinations

Inside the modal, you have the following options:

  • Apply: Click the "Apply" button next to a specific combination to instantly import the selected source and target languages. This will work for the current session unless you reload the page.
  • Set as Default: Click the "Set as Default" button to save a combination as your default. This combination will automatically load each time you use the platform until it is unset.

Unsetting a Default Combination

To unset a default combination:

  • Open the Last Used Language Combinations modal.
  • Locate the combination marked as default and click on it to unset.
  • Once unset, the default combination will no longer be applied automatically.

Best Practices

  • Use the "Apply" button to quickly switch between recent combinations during a session.
  • Set a frequently used combination as default to save time and avoid reselecting languages for recurring tasks.
  • Regularly review and manage your combinations in the modal to keep the list organized.
